Pan Fried Guava Glazed Chicken

Description
A colorful entree using fresh guavas. Guavas are rich in vitamins A and C, potassium and manganese.
Ingredients
| 4 | Chicken breasts | |
| 1⁄4 | c | Flour |
| pn | Salt (To taste) | |
| pn | Pepper (To taste) | |
| 2 | oz | butter |
| 2 | oz | Triple Sec |
| 1 | clv | garlic (minced) |
| 1 | t | Ginger (grated) |
| 1⁄2 | c | Fresh Guava (seedless, julienned) |
| 1 | T | Vegetable Oil |
Instructions
Season flour and lightly dredge chicken breasts.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Pan fry chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
When nearly cooked,drain oil from the pan. Deglaze pan with Triple Sec while Chicken is still in the pan. The sugars in the Triple Sec will thicken and glaze the chicken.
Turn down heat and add minced garlic,ginger and guava. Heat for about four minutes.
Move chicken breasts to the side of the pan,and cream in butter.
Remove chicken breasts and pour guava butter sauce over each breast. You can use guava slices for a garnish!
